Auxiliary raw materials for steelmaking
We deliver high-quality auxiliary raw materials for steelmaking that are required for steelmaking processes.
-
Deoxidizing / carburizers / SiC quality (silicon carbide)
The main raw materials are irregular products of shelf board scraps, grindstone scraps, and brick scraps, containing 80% or more of SiC.
Grain size is 20-0 mm. Other grain sizes are also available.
These are used for LF ladle carburizers and electric furnace deoxidizers. -
Deoxygenating agent and carburizers / Carbonaceous
The primary raw materials are blast furnace bottom bricks and chips generated by the manufacturer, and containing 92% or more of F-C (Fe and Carbon).
Grain size is 30-0 mm. Other grain sizes are also available.
They are used for LF ladle recarburizer and electric furnace body combustion materials. -
Slag control material / mag-carbon quality
The main raw material is 80% or more of recycled brick scraps.
Grain size is 20-0 mm. Other grain sizes are also available.
It is used as a substitute for lime and for reducing the output level of refractory materials (for refractory protection). -
Slag control material/ magnesia-alumina
The primary raw material is rotary kiln brick scraps with 86% MgO and 13% Al2O3.
The grain size is 50-0 mm. Other grain sizes are also available.
This is used as a substitute for light burnt dolomite. -
Slag control materials / Ca-Al quality
The primary raw materials are after-use products such as alumina refractory materials and dolomite bricks.
The grain size is 30-0 mm. Other grain sizes are also available.
They are used for creating highly fluid slag and removing inclusions.
