The flow of asbestos removal works

Preliminary investigation(Sample collection and analysis)
After collecting samples of refractories, they are analyzed by specialized company to investigate whether or not asbestos is contained, its concentration and the materials used.

Making construction planning sheet(Process consideration/ Plan creation)
Based on the results of the preliminary survey and drawings of the demolish site, we plan demolition procedures and routes for transporting materials and equipment, and create a removal execution plan.

Notification to each government office(Labor Standards Inspection Office, Prefectural Bureau of Civil Affairs, etc.)
Levels of demolition works of Asbestos differ depends on the contents. In connection with this, the contents and timing of submissions to each government offices differ. We make appropriate notification in accordance with the contents of the demolition.

On-site curing work
We carry out curing of the site according to the construction plan. We create scaffolding and carry out on- site isolation and curing.

Asbestos removal work
We dismantle refractory materials containing asbestos. In order to suppress the dispersion of asbestos, we moisten the work area while carry out works by spraying scattering inhibitor against asbestos dispersal.

Bagging waste asbestos
We double-pack the removed asbestos into dedicated bags. After double-packing, we carry them out from the curing area and transport to a temporary storage area at the site.

Cleaning of curing area
Finishing and cleaning of detail parts and spraying with shattering inhibitor agent to stabilize.

Environmental measurement and curing removal
After the removed material has been taken off-site, the asbestos concentration in the air at the site is measured. After confirming that the specified value has been achieved, we remove curing.

Transport and disposal of asbestos waste
We will transport the asbestos waste to a licensed industrial waste disposal site for final disposal.

Submitting a work completion report to the Labor Standards Inspection Office & Prefectural Citizens Bureau
We report various measurement values, work records, and work processes during the demolition work.
